We came to the fair on the beautiful summer's day for good all- American fun.
We saw lovable little one week old lambs, four day old porky pigs, fuzzy calves, frenzied feathered chickens, adorable alpaca and racing pot-bellied pigs. Plenty of intersting people too.
We conquered the giant slide, the booths in the expo hall, cream puffs filled to the brim, cheese curds fried to perfection, corn dogs although we passed on the foot longers as well as the deep fried butter for there was plenty of butter on our ears of corn that we washed down with fresh-squeezed lemonades. For dessert, Miss Bit and her Grandma shared skewers of chocolate coated bacon and declared it delicious. I am still not convinced.
