A lunch date with my guy yesterday at the public market. We both went Thai. Company and food so good.
Messaging an old friend yesterday. She said she'd been thinking about me too. That came as no surprise because me were connected in that witchy, kindred, cosmic way. We're all energy baby. Fine tuned pops and buzzes. I'm grateful I took the leap, the chance.
Lily is on her way home from Mexico. She stayed safe and had lots of fun in the sun.
When my kids spend time together. Really very little makes me happier than knowing they have one another. Ted went to visit Lils in Madison recently. They played pickle ball and bar dice. He took her out for a fancy dinner at The Harvey House and spent the night on her couch.

HRT. I'm only 2 weeks in, but I can feel the difference it is making. I have more energy, I'm in a better mood and I have much less joint pain.
