Addario's memoir has finally taken hold. It's not a quick read, but it is compelling. It's the perfect example of what I love about this genre: the chance to live vicariously when I read such personal accounts.

A BBQ with friends tonight to kick off the last week and a half of school and the end of 8th grade for our boys. Trying to keep sight of the fact that "Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end." It is almost closing time.
