Yes, they do know how to use their manners, that Mr. Claus has millions of households to visit and that even Mom doesn't have a fancy phone. No, they do not expect to get everything on their lists, but you cannot blame them for asking and hoping because they know that Santa's magic makes things happen for good little girls and boys. Darn right I exploit their sweet naivety to ensure that we have a December that is as peaceful as possible. Truly, it's a win win in all our books.
